Hail damage at your premises

I took my car to AutoMagic Menlyn about a week ago and we received a call from them a few days later to inform us that the car was outside and it got hail damage of R26, 600. They told us to put another claim in with our insurance. I'm very unhappy as they need to take some responsibility when other people's cars are at their premises.
