Old spares- . bad service delivery

Sent car in for repairs and after i recieved it back, i had numerous faults on the work which was supposed to be done. on querying i was told that new parts were used, and my insurance was also charged for new parts. when milanos took the car to the agents for a report, the report came back as to the fact that old parts were used. just before the car went to the agents, milanos sent the car to motorvision for the repairs to be done and according to the invoice recieved from milanos there were new parts fitted and the work was done properly to their satisfaction. i have now been struggling to get my car properly repaired for nearly 4 months to no satisfaction. the insurance is also starting to ask questions as to why i cannot sign off the job. i will not sign off a job that is not done according to specifications and standards. the job done is not even done according to insurance specifications and the assessor does not go and check. milanos should be followed up and the problem must be sorted out as soon as possible. if the car goes and stands on me who is to take responsibility??? the holidays are coming closer and i need the car in good working order!!!
