Be carefull of false and misleading motor dealers

I have purchased a Nissan Qashqai 1.6 Acenta from Automark, Gezina, Pretoria (Mc Carthy Group) on 25 July 2012. Upon the first service after taking possession of the vehicle I was told that the vehicle's CV joints is faulty and need repairing. After approximately 6 weeks and much inconvenience to me the vehicle was supposedly repaired. All the subsequent services thereafter indicated that the vehicle has a mechanical failure on the CV Joints as it, at a mileage of 80 000 km had 6 CV's repairs on the left hand front wheel and 5 on the Right hand front wheel. Despite the fact that I took out insurance from the manufacturer and have contacted the dealership on numerous occasions, nothing has been done to date!
