Got my car and on the day i took delivery i wanted to give the car back. the staff at Ford Midrand messed me around for weeks. i have given the car back and still up to now no one has called me.
what can i do to fix this mess.
there is a long list of things wrong with the car
Failed shocks
windows not working
no full service history
(when i was told there was one)
no feed back from any one
I was given a loan car with a 20 k excess
