Damaged Park Distance Controll and won't fix it!

I bought a Peugeot 5008 from Volvo West Rand. They had to have a tow bar fitted and in stead of taking it to Peugeot like I said, they did it themselves - in the process damaging my car's rear park distance controll. The car has been in TWICE to "fix" it. It's still faulty. I evenhad to email them pictures. Promise after promise and STILL not fixed! The sad part of this whole story is that their Dealer Principal knows about it and will not return our calls.
