EMS must be the worst courier company in the world. My package is more than a week late and no one at the call center answer a phone no matter what time you phone. My assumption is that it is due to horrible an incompetent management. It is ridiculous to be charged any sum of money for this service. I would really like to see the qualification of the people in charge of this service.
