I took my car to Auric BMW in Claremont for a service on some grouching noise on tge front shocks when driving on uneven surfaces. Auric report indicated the car had no problem amd did not fix anything but when I drove it again the noise was persistent and it got worse. I recently booked it back again complaining that I had mentioned the same issue and it was not discovered by the technicians. This 2nd time my oil light was also showing, Ashwan the service agent told me the car will not be available on the same day of which was Monday and I will not get any courtesy car. He said it will be available on Wednesday evening. I waited all day WED nothing from the service agent all to find out at 5pm I wont have my car and I cannot work so I have lost money bcoz it was promised and the agent didnt even bother to keep me updated. I am very angry that I cannot even look him in the eye because he is even denying he promised it for Wed. I would love to hear the telephone records for the Monday.
