ON THE 26 TH OF NOVEMBER 2013 I CONTACTED GOLDWAGEN PRETORIA WEST REGARDING CERTAIN PARTS I REQUIRED. THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE EITHER HAS A HEARING PROBLEM OR SHE IS ANGRY AT THE WORLD, BECAUSE AFTER ASKING TO SPEAK TO MARKO (PARTS SALESMAN) SHE REPLIED THAT I HAVE TO SPEAK AND NOT MUMBLE AND SLAMMED THE PHONE IN MY EAR. AFTER PHONING BACK IMMEDIATELY I REQUESTED THAT SHE HAS TO EXPLAIN AS TO WHY SHE HUNG UP ON ME? WHICH THEN FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER SLAMMING IN MY EAR!! OUR COMPANY HAS HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH GOLDWAGEN FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND WE ARE CONSIDERING TAKING BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THIS PARTICULAR LADY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME HER NAME WHICH I CONSIDER IRRELEVANT AS SHE IS THE ONLY WOMAN WORKING THERE THAT ANSWERS THE SWITCH BOARD. I NEED TO KNOW IF NECCESARY DISCIPLINARY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM THAT I ENCOUNTERED?? WELL WHO KNOWS, MAYBE SHE TALKS THAT WAY TO EVERY CUSTOMER?? HOW COMFORTING
