I as a customer called into Goldwagen Witbank branch. I needed a spare part for my Polo. There was a lady who answered the telephone, the following took place: She answered the phone VERY rudly, I explained the part that I was looking for, firstly she cuts me off while I'm speaking & insisted that she is too busy to help me, then she puts me on hold while still able to hear what her souroundings are, she starts swearing at someone. Saying that she doesn't have time for!! I was so appauld, I just hung up!! Does Goldwagen WTB not train their employees on ettiquete over the telephone??? This is so disgusting, I will NEVER do business there again & I will never recommend them to anyone!!! I think it's about time management does something about this!!! I doubt this is the first time this has occured!!! I will also let Beeld know about this. I have no interested in speaking to anyone about this.
