I advertised a plot for sale on Gumtree. Jurie contacted me... Long story short-- we agreed to go in partnership building a house on the plot and sell it afterwards.
. He compiled a contract and started with all the paper work (or so he said). He compiled a detailed houseplan (used an architect that does all his work?) and we discussed the plan in in detail - he even made some alterations at a stage. I paid R65000 into his account for the first phase. Soon aftewrward he contacted me for a business venture which is " a big opportunity". A car-wash - which I have though of venturing into (strange enough -I have recently resigned and are looking for business opportunities). He said we will start with the house mid Nov we must just get the carwash up and running by end October. I paid R35000 for the startup costs of the carwash. my last contact with him was 16 October... He does not answer his cellphone anymore and his wife marie, who used to work at Dream Nails, also resigned. I am without a huge part of my savingsmoney and this man is still doing people in!!!
