I send an email to DHL Windhoek to arrange a pick up in Pretoria and deliver it in Johannesburg. I have been phoning the whole Monday trying to get someone to help, then around 3pm I phoned again I have been on the line for 15 min and still they cannot give me a waybill number.
I would like to make use of DHL but there are so many other courier companies that provides us with better services. And in order for DHL to stay number 1 you will have to ensure that you provide a better service in Windhoek because everybody is talking about the bad service.
Also I like to mention there is a person Chamarine she will have to go on leave because every time she answer the telephone it feels to me that I provide her with work as she for sure do not want to work.
Hope you will be able to provide me with some feedback because I will not be working with the Windhoek people or I will be making use of another courier company.
