I requested 2 separate repairs on motor vehicles on Sunday 12 November 2013 and received the confirmation ref. number of both. Early the next day i received a call from them to start one of the requests. After several calls that day they arrived at my house at around 5 that evening. They attempted to install a 2005 model left rear window into the car which is about 50% bigger than the one for the 2011 model, they were not very subtle with their attempts. They also used plenty of lubricant that ended up on my driveway. After several attempts of undoing several parts, they then realized that it would not fit after matching it with the other side. The next morning i called them to find out what the next action will be and when the car will be completed. They replied that they are sourcing the new window and will let me know when it is ready. I called later that afternoon and received no real answer of when but said that they will call me back, no reply yet!
The second request to replace another vehicle's windscreen was never actioned.
Is this what one call service... NO!
