Well... it seems to have happened again. I contacted PG in Allens Nek last week, asked for a quote to have the glass in our sliding doors replaced, and still haven't heard from them. I then submitted the contact form on their website and still no reply either. This is totally unacceptable, this is the second time dealing with them that I have been grossly disappointed.
