In the last 4 months DHL Namibia has gone from bad to worst. Packages will arrive at the airport and will stay there for up to 2 weeks before they do the customs clearance. I email and phone them 2 to 3 times a day, but nothing gets done. Stuff gets and after 3 weeks I have not received a refund or even a complaint nr. As a business owner, this is totally unacceptable as I rely on those goods. Now my business and good customer service record is going down, because of this.
I think my 1 year old kid can do the same job, which is absolutely nothing.
