Staff ignorance, bad attitude

I am a resident in Ballito but I have never been treated so bad in my life like it happened to me today at the BP petrol station, well I drove there just to fill my tank like I always do, there was only one car in there and my one was a second one, in the centre of the petrol station there was about 10 to 15 petrol attendances standing not even one person was willing to assist I had to call for assistance and it took them more than 5-10 minutes to actually assist when I ask for the receipt I waited more than 15 minutes to get it, I got off I had to ask one lady who also works there that how does it to get a receipt here she just stare at me with no interest and when she ask the guys about my receipt they reply "WHAT ABOUT IT" I got so mad, I don't think they understand what it means to have a job in South Africa, I left there with lot of disappointment like what did I do to deserve this kind of treatment and I'm not willing to go back there anytime soon until my spirit is at peace. I'll really appreciate it if the managers train the staff about friendliness and the behaviour towards customers.
