The cluster on my car died. Took it in this morning and had it replaced. I got it back empty when there was at least half a tank of petrol. Went back and was told to put R50 in and that should register and petrol will show on dash. Go to petrol station and petrol door won't open. Go back to Renault and they supposedly fix it. Go back to petrol station, put in R50 and after driving 5km's car still shows empty. Go back to petrol station and once again cannot get door opened. To me this means it was tampered with while in service department and petrol was taken, and while doing this broke the petrol door?!

I'm am so dissapointed with their service. Sadly their front staff that I dealt with booking the car in could not have been nicer. So friendly and helpful.
