Lost Service Booklet

Took my i20 for a service a week ago and they lost my service booklet. Spoke to Pieter he said he will make a plan for me but every time i phone he makes excuses. Then He admitted that he lost it!!! I said he better get me a new one and deliver it on Monday the 11th at my offices. Now i cannot get hold of him

I want my service booklet to be delivered as i instructed Pieter at either my house or my office by no later than tomorrow afternoon
