Good day. On the 4th of November 2013 i took my vehicle in for service at limpopo toyota. When i collected the i realized that 1 of my head light protectors was in the workshop and i immediately alerted the service advisor who then said he would investigate and would contact me the following day. That did not happen i had to go back to the workshop for update. He assured me that they would order a new set which should be available in a week. On the same day i also alerted him of a noise on my clutch which he noted and said he would order the part and notify me when the vehicle should come in. That too didnt happen after several calls i went back to the dealer and was notified that hes on leave and no one knows what was happening on my job card so my life and my business had to be on hold until he was available because the entire limpopo toyota didnt know anything. I later got an sms on the 10th of November notifying me to bring my vehicle on the 11th of November. I took the car and my service advisor was still not available. And im assuming that nothing was done cause my car still has the noise and no 1 is helping.
