I recently purchased a New YZF R1 and i was impressed by the service i received.
All the staff were polite and helpful and answered all my questions.
Henry, the sales person, was very patient, courteous and polite.
Sharon is finance was efficient in helping me get my bank finance on time and within budget.
Dessi in the service/workshop made sure i knew exactly when to bring my bike in for services etc and even went as far to give me his cell number if i had any technical problems with the bike.
Nivesh at the shop assisted me with all my kit and safety requirements.
In this day and age it is rare to find such great service. I will definitely be going back, even if its just for their coffee.
