Big Boy Scooters
BIKE SOLD TO ME UNDER FALSE PRETENCES

I bought the Superlight 200 from Big Boy Scooters Sandton on the 4 Sep 2013.
1st - Fuel gauge stop working
2nd Speedometer kept pushing back while driving so at no given point you would know how fast you're going.
Took the bike in round about the 14thor 15thOct 2013 to get look at. Mechanic could not find the problem so they replaced the fuel gauge and speedometer assembly, tested and ready for collection on the 16 Oct 2013.
I arrived at the dealership and inspected the bike to see if all ok, I had to point out the stuff that I was not happy with, and then had to wait for the mechanics to fix while I waited. I was told the fuel gauge will be refitted with my next service as the glue needed to dry first.
Other problems I experienced:
o Some bracket came off the bike forcing me to stop to go and collect from the road in traffic.
o The indicators and headlight lights didn't work on the console whilst driving.
o The speedometer got stuck on 40 KMH throughout my trip home.
o The bike cut out completely 45KM into my 60KM trip home, I was standing next to the road for about 20min before bike could start again.

After all this dealer saw the issue as 'buyer's remorse'
