I purchased my vehicle from Audi Menlyn end June. It was agreed between both parties that I will register the vehicle in the town where I live and then send all the relevant correspondence to the dealership on which I will receive a full refund on the registration. I sent through the correspondence on 30 July 2013, email after email, I was promised I would receive the refund. I am still waiting for the refund, after having corresponded to the chief in charge of the pre-owned vehicles as well. Furthermore, I took out tyre insurance with the vehicle due to the roads we drive on. When I did have a blow out on one of my tyres I proceeded with contacting the Insurance company, just to be told, they can't help me till they have all the relevant information of the tyres, of which I wanted to give to them, but they only accept it from the dealership. ONCE again, after much correspondence... 3 weeks later the insurance company gets the information, which was 3 weeks too late, as I had to pay the tyre out of my own pocket as the insurance company refused to pay the claim due to technicalities! I laid a complaint with BIDVEST & Mccarthys with absolutely no reply after a week!
