I took delivery of a used audi A5 on the 21st of september, on delivery the vehicle had a scracth on the bumper and that scratch was touched up with what looks like tipex, the car was also due for service on delivery and had wind noise from the passenger side.
i took the vehicle in for service and the service advisor adviced me to take the vehicle to the tyre shop. i did that and was adviced that the vehicle needed replacing. i took it up with the assistant manager and he told me that he will change the tyres and when i took the vehicle in, the manager said he will not change the tyres, i raised the issue with the DP who took 3 days to call me back only to tell me to go jump,
i am relatively new to the brand and to spend the amount of money that i spent to only have to change tyres weeks later takes away the joy of owning an Audi.
I have driven merc for years and the service there is excellent, and far better than what i am getting from AUDI. Had i knew that i would be this unhappy i would have stayed with Mercedes- Benz.
