Frustration turns to smile

I lodged a complaint on 21.02.2013 about my Subaru's tyres which did not match. Within 30 minutes an email was sent to the appropriate branch and during the course of the afternoon they undertook to replace the mismatched tyres. Great! Thank you! To quote - ''to sell a car is 30% of the transaction, after sales customer service is 70%''. You did good!
