After sales not GOOD at all. Cant keep to his word

Bought a Audi through them.

After service big time from the Sales Manager. Don't get back to me on anything, Got bad attitude and still waiting.

Don't want to pay license and Plates, Service book still missing and All 4 tyres got flat spots. Now I have to pay for 2. They sold the car and got loads of stories after sale.

Request a full report from the roadworthy guys as I will take the car to the AA as well and got report from them. They didn't deliver a full service and checked the tyres. When i got the car there where a clear sound on the tyres.

Want all 4 tyres replaced and not a cheaper tyre now, same tyres, Service book delivered to me (not me to pick it up) License money payed back to me before end of today 23/09/2013 of the amount of R714.00.

Sales guys after all try to assist in all possible ways, but cant make discussions without Pre-owend Sales Manager.

Very unhappy with the Service and not going to make another call again for assistance from them. They phone lines just ring, no answer. If you don't call on they Cellphones.

Need feedback ASAP. Not going to take this anymore.
