I had a small accident in middle August with my brand new Chev Sonic, by the end of August I was out of my mind because my insurance did not book a panelbeater yet.
Luckly we agreed then on De Jonghs.
I took my car in on the 2nd of September, they already ordered the parts and was waiting for it.
I went back to Hermanus and borrowed my friend's car as the fixing will take a week.
AND THEN THE MOTOR INDUSTRY STRIKES CAME!!!
De Jonghs could not get my parts and could not tell my how long it will take it was out of their hands.
After a week they phoned me and said I can come and pick up one of their company cars to drive with.
I've got my Sonic back on Monday 14 Oct!! 2 months after my accident. I've put 2000km on their car and they didn't even charge me a cent!
My car is fixed beautifully.
I am speechless. How wonderful will our country be if everyone can give service like this.
