Once done with shopping the lift was out of order so my fiance' went to fetch the car to pack our stuff was approached by a carguard wanting to know why we packing our stuff there and not in da parking lot explained clearly to him lift is out of order reversing on our way out stuck in the middle of 3 vehicles a worker of KS Bodyguards suggest we go front when there isn't no space to move so my fiance' jumped out and asked in a joking manner if he could smash da car in front as there isn't way to move out so she kept pesting us to move front, Are KS bodyguards becoming car guards now??? Frustrated went to management by then the lady already Clamped da wheel, arrogant woman brought her manager Eugene of KS Bodyguards who refuses to show us the camera and says we park at our own risk and demands that we pay R150 not even considering the situation as to why the vehicle was there to look for him and making unnessary and false accusations, as the arguement was going no where we decided to pay and leave. Centre management wasn't available at the time incident occured. Disgusted and pathetic Customer service received so much for treating customers fairly. Never want to shop at Starwood Spa
