I took my car in for a simple service and to have the headlights fixed. I have no real choice since my car is still under a service plan and this is the closest workshop.
Trying to set up the service was a nightmare - I called, was appalled by the person's telephone skills/manner and decided/was directed to supply my details and request via email.
I did so and then received no reply for three days - I eventually called to ask as to the status of my service and was told that my car was booked in...
On arriving to collect my car I was told that the service and repairs were finished but that they needed to dry the car off and I should wait.
After waiting a really long time I checked on the car only to find a mechanic still working on the lights. Eventually he finished and I was rushed out as the workshop was closing.
I arrived back at my office to find that the one light still wasn't working properly.
I immediately wrote a mail saying that I would contact them again on Monday to get the car back to them. I have since called and mailed repeatedly and still no response. My car is now also displaying a warning light that it wasn't prior to the service...
