Shocking service No feedback

Car went in for a service. I brought to attention the car was over heating. Received car after service advising temp reader and thermostat need replacing. Booked car in the following Friday morning. I called at 4pm. Was told they would call back. No call, left stranded. Phoned on Monday, was told by manager Kevin he forgot to call but thinks now the head gasket need replacing. He would let me know. Phoned a couple of times on the Monday no reply. Same no response on Tuesday. Went to Autowoks to find my car standing outside, untouched. "manager" was not there. Demanded he call me first thing Wednessday till now I still have not heard from him after numerous calls and e-mails. Tried to push them to get the car ready by the Friday. Even told them I would hire a car and charge them, no reply. Guess what it still was not fixed. So two weekends no car. Had to leave on family holiday on the Monday, still no news on my car. Sent another e-mail asking what I have to do to get my car. Was eventually told it was ready late on Tuesady. Collect the car on the Friday Two weeks later. Still havnt paid still the management remains silent. As good as the agents. I think not
