I still don't have feedback from the Nicholas Smith senior about Him treating customers like a dog, is this how imperial select in general treats their customers because he told me this is how they were trained at head office and I feel if this is the case the entire south Africa should know this.
I am still insisting on cancelling the deal, no confidence on a car that broke one day after purchase and clearly Nicholas Smith is not the kind of man who believes in retaining customers.
The relationship with this dealer is irreparable, lets just start from the beginning, 1st no opportunity to test drive the car because the car was on a car show at Brightwater commons all I did was look at it but the sales man Paul assured me it was in excellent condition, 2nd R 14 000 extra are included in the application which I made clear I do not want, then car is collected Monday as I drive off it makes terrible inconsistent noise incabin worse it wont start on TUESDAY, I sent Paul an sms, no answer, I return car to dealer then get screamed and threatened with legal action by Nicholas, the last is threatening me with storage fees, threats n intimidation is how he operates!!!
