We went to get petrol at the Engen in Ermelo. Excellent pump attendant however, the lady cleaning the ladies" toilet left a mop across the doorway which you had to step over to gain access to the toilet (very dangerous). When I walked in I saw that the tap had been left fully open and clean water was gushing down the plughole st an alarming rate (This is a water poor country). I walked over to the tap and switched it off. When I cam out of the cubicle, a lady and a co-worker were standing at the basin and were talking loudly to each other. The one asked me if I had turned off the water and clicked her tongue at me. The she quickly thanked me in Zulu. Not sure if this was sarcastic but her attitude was pretty irritated.
I am disgusted at the total lack of supervised cleaning of this cleaner and her attitude.
