I want my free spares, as stated on your website

After having an accident, I required some spare parts to get back on the road. So I called my local dealer to find out about spares. Deon asked for an email, so I sent the request on the 27th August. requesting a headlight fairing, speedo cable, and front tire (to be replaced after I repaired the bike) 2 weeks later, on the 10th September, I get a mail from DMC: "SPEEDO CABLE HAS ARRIVED" I then replied (on the SAME day) that I need the headlight fairing more than the speedo cable. I have heard nothing from anyone. No order confirmation was sent to me, but the order was obviously processed as ONLY the cable arrived. Today marks the 6th week of waiting.

So, thank you VERY much for taking your time with my spares. Kindly let me know when, if ever, and where I can collect my Black GPR200R Headlight fairing

Notice will be given to both the dealer and customer that the part is not available and the guaranteed ETA no later than 6 weeks after confirmation. Should Big Boy fail to deliver with in the time period, the part is free of charge to the customer.
