Expecting me to accept a new vehicle - faulty

Bought my vehicle early June 2013. Finance had been sorted in a day and I had my brand new i20 Glide in 2 days. From the outset I experienced a lot of problems - I had shocking service from all at the branch, I was the one who was inconvenienced, but I was the one that had to follow up. The problems are: car still idles when I switch it off in the am's - was told it has to do with the choke (find it difficult to believe), the air conditioner runs up full steam everytime - i was told this is a security issue for the driver? The real issue that is unacceptable is that my cd player just don't play at times. It is random and the third time I took in my vehicle 19/9/2013, the sales person and factory manager experienced it themselves. The last response I had, after I followed up again, 26/9/2013 was that they cannot pick up the problem and Jhb office also doesn't know. After 4 months it's still broken. They're just pulling up there shoulders. To make matters worse, I emailed the Regional manager for Western Cape on 17/9 and despite that and phone calls, he is ignoring me. This is shocking service. I requested a new vehicle or my car I traded in after they offered me this deal.
