Poor quality of vehicle bought

I bought a brand new I10 end July 2013 after I had one for 4 years without any problems and given previous service experience (upgraded to the newer model). Since then the vehicle went back to them 4 times and still the vehicle have rattles. The radio already had to be replaced (which they done) but still the rattles exist. The 1st time it went back was several days after I took delivery. The driver side window winding mechanism must also be replaced (as per service manager) as this window also have a rattle. So much for a new vehicle. I took it back on 23/12/2013 again as arranged with the service manager and I did not had to book it in but when I arrived he was on leave and a lady called Norma did not know what is happening. She then also told me that the part is only arriving in the new year where I was told on 17/12/2013 that the vehicle must come back within 2 days for them to fit the part. To date no one bothered to phone me to schedule an appointment again. Every time I have to sit without transport while they have my vehicle.
