I bought a new Scirocco dsg 2013 model it has 16000km on the clock. I took it in for its first service. I complained about a noise in the gearbox. A mechanical noise sounds like gears scratching. I got a confirmation email that said the technicians will look at it. I Got the car back on the same day at 3 o clock. Nothing has been done about the noise. My front right fog light is also broken and needs replacing but they didn't have the part. But the guy that helped me couldn't get me out of his hair quick enough. Bad attitude. So I called the same guy the next day told him about the noise still, and asked him about the light he said he knows the light is so important to me sarcastically. Bring the car, bit of an inconvenience considering I work in Witbank. So I went on Friday the 24/01/14 and the morning they told me they cant help me I must bring it on Monday the 27/01/14. I took the car there on Monday i'm still without any wheels. We called them on Tuesday 28/01/14 at 12 o clock to ask if they have found the problem. But they replied they haven't looked at the car yet from Monday. I requested on Monday that I need my car for the weekend. Just need my car fixed and with new gearbox
