I ordered a parcel to be delivered urgently from China to South Africa. We paid the freight cost to DHL. The parcel arrived in South Africa Tuesday morning. On Friday we still have not received the parcel after many calls made to DHL. The management now apologises for all the mishaps and there were numerous! We had asked to speak to the manager but one was on holiday and the other in a so called meeting on Friday.By 16:00 on the Friday afternoon there was still no reply after leaving my name and number a couple of times. We had never received a call from the manager. We had to call the centre and ask as whether our complaint has indeed reached the manager's office. It had not.. The service we received was of the poorest quality! We will now be in contact with DHL USA to report this matter to them as well.
