I paid for 3 red bags (supposed to be overnight) to be sent from Weltevreden Park Post Office to Laingsburg Post office, I delivered the goods before cut of time Thursday and expected that it will arrive Friday in Laingsburg, however it is now stuck in Cape Town and will only be delivered on Saturday, and the post office in Laingsburg is CLOSED on Saturdays. This is unaceptable I made use of your services because the packages was extremely urgent and my client needs it TODAY not TOMORROW!!! I will never make use of your services ever agian - I'm extremely disappointed. I would rather spend double or even triple the amount and make use of another courier at least my goods will be delivered on time!
