My parcel arrived in SA from the UK on Sunday 15 Sept.
Customs cleared the parcel Wednesday 18 Sept. (I was impressed)
On Thursday 19 Sept the courier was in my Street, but couldn't find the house number.
I send a redirection letter (as requested) to my work in the same suburb. (Cape Town)
This morning when I checked in online the parcel was send to DURBAN. WHY???
I spoke to another person on the phone and forwarded all my previous communications to her.
Now I had to fill in another form with redirection info.
Still no one can tell me when I can expect my parcel or where it is or why.
