Service well worth the price

I am with AA insurance for many years now, Yes thay are a bit more expensive than other Insurance companies i compared but thier service is Fantasic. I have required there assistance many times for various reasons and thay have never droped the level of service. I feel confident that a have a Insurance company i can depend on. Very clear, specifc communication. Polices and procedures are adhered too, as a customer i am made aware of polices and therefore equiped to make better descisions.
And the service i now recieved from Pho, was as expected, was informed exactly was the claims procedure was, documents reqired, expected time frame, feedback was also delivered in this manner. For me as a customer service is very important and to date AA has not dissapointed me.
