Fault finding galore

My vehicle (received yesterday), after being with CK Coachworks (bumper respray and headlight replacement) for 3 weeks, have been repaired with the same broken parts after the insurance paid for new parts. The work should've taken 5 days as pre-arranged. CK gave a courtesy car for the last day and were more concerned about receiving their car back on time, this after i hired a car for 20 days on my own expense. Insurance are not willing to get involved (apart fm informing me about the increase in the monthly instalments and I was basically forced to sign a job completion form, even though we discussed the same problems, again, with new problems also now visible. CK replaced a black headlight with a clear one - a HUGE eyesore and horribly visible fm miles away and the indicators, apparently brand-new, is filled with moisture. I pay R1200 for my car's insurance a month and THEY wonder why people claim and move to other insurance companies!
This is arguably one of the most unprofessional and pathetic services I've ever seen in my life, fm CK Coachworks AND McCarthy/Bidvest
