Half repairs for full premium

During early November my vehicle was hail damaged. During assessment of the damage it was pointed out to the assessor that there was moisture in the left headlight - something which was not present before the hail storm. In the assessment of damage, received from Outsurance, no mention was made of this damage. This was pointed out to Thandi Koppies when she phoned me to tell me that the vehicle has been booked for McCarthy ARC - according to her it was no problem and I should mention it when the car was booked in for repairs. Prior to this I was requested by McCarthy ARC to bring the vehicle for their own assessment - during which time the problem was once again pointed out to their representative, Jan. When the car was released, after repairs, it was discovered that all beadings, which should have been replaced, were not replaced, nor was the problem regarding the headlight been attended to. The vehicle was returned yesterday, once again, for completion of the necessary repairs and whereas the beadings have now been replaced the problem with moisture in the headlight have not been solved and McCarthy is adamant that they cannot do anything more in this regard. What now???
