ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHEN EXACTLY WILL THE PARTS BE AVAILABLE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! because I'm sick and tired of being sent from pillar to post, I have had it with rude people that act as if they are doing me a favour, rather than doing what they get paid to do. They received all the necessary documentation: quote, assessment report etc, still they took their time.
I had a conversation with Mr Banda on the 11 September to enquire about the courtesy car, and I was advised that it will be available on the 20 September. I would also like clarity as to why the parts were only ordered on the 26 August, whereas the car went in on the 19 August?
I then asked Mr Banda and Ms Masike to escalate the matter to someone more senior, and they have subsequently blocked my e-mails. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, because this is unacceptable!!!
