Their sales are very smooth and quick and actually a pleasure but their after sales service, once you have the vehicle, is horrible and their salesman's telephone etiquette is extremely poor. Every time I phoned him he puts the phone down in my ear and when I do get through to him he tries to get rid of me with the same phrase of let me find out and i'll phone you back in a couple minutes and I end up calling him back a couple days later. I ended up buying my own number plates for R270 (which was all inclusive with their extremely high registration etc fees)

I bought seat covers through them for almost R5000 and after two days the stitching is pulling loose and now i have to sort that out as well with company that supplied it to AutoEx as the original salesman never gets back to me.

I bought a Fortuner from Cobus Botha and from my experience and the other reviews on Hello Peter about Autoexcellence I doubt I'd refer their company or use thier services again.

I tried to log a complaint on their website and when I submit it, it only responds with an error code, which I guess is very convenient.
