Bought a Ford Figo last year (2012) October from Nelspruit Auto, when a promo was running for this vehicle that included a 3 year / 60 000 km service plan. Took the vehicle for its first service two weeks ago, the service plan was not loaded on the system, as a result I had to pay for the service.

Contacted the salesman for this issue to be resolved, various emails and phone calls later and still no resolution.

The response from the salesman is extremely poor even more so that it was a mistake on his side.

Extremely disappointed.
