Maybe you should not go to Renault Centurion first

I ordered a car in middle June from Renault Centurion and placed a holding deposit, I was told that the car will be ordered from Turkey and will be available to me at the end of August. Over the next 3 months I repeatedly asked for a more precise date of arrival, with no luck. In middle August I was told that the car will arrive MAYBE the first or second week of September.
On the 4th of September I was told that the car will maybe be in South Africa on the 11th of September meaning I will maybe have my car on the 18th. I lost patience and started calling other branches. I called the Menlyn branch on the 4th of September, they organised a car from Witbank and within 4 working days the extras were put in and I picked up my car. The Menlyn service was amazing, they kept me up to date with everything they were doing.
Now I'm struggling further to get my holding deposit back. I was told this morning that I will maybe get a cheque next week. So I thought I would maybe give a bad review on Hellopeter.
