Absolutely shocked at the poor service I received at the CTIA branch. Educate your staff and ensure they know the various promotions you are running. I was given the incorrect information by a staff member regarding when the car should be returned, and have been told it's "my problem to return it" or the "system" will charge me for it. A manager is only available 8-5 . Take responsibility and do not make your error and misunderstanding my problem! Beyond disgusted at the way this matter has been dealt with.
