Every service station has it's bad days, but with this one it seems every day is a bad day.
The actual petrol attendants mostly have their stuff together but oh the ladies at the till...
I've been working in the area on and off for 6 years now and it's the closest from my office and I have remained patient with them, I have kept my mouth shut.
But when I went there the other day I lost my debit card and my respect.
I went back and asked the lady if they had seen it I was not greeted, they did not make eye contact.
They deliberately turned their backs on me and kept chatting as if I'm invisible (they always do that until you practically shout to get their attention - every time.) Only then I got a death stare and was asked "what? "
I asked them about my card and I got a tongue click and a no. I said, "are you sure? I am quite desperate" to which she replied "I said NO" and carried on chatting.
I am thoroughly of these women's attitudes - either you speak to me with the respect I show you or you stay home!
Get your act together Sasol! And I think I speak for quite a few people when I say your service is the worst I have ever experienced.
