I would like to share my experience when I dealt with "SCORPION AUTO CREW WELKOM" Poorest workmanship and absolutely no customer service!!
My request was simple, replace the clutch plate and service the car.
Erns the owner assured me that my car will be done before two weeks has passed. I waited two weeks and phoned for the first time. Long story short after several phone calls, many excuses and a whole month later a male employee spoke to me. He said, that my car is ready and I must come and collect it. The day I collected my car, the owner repeatedly asked "Are you here to collect your car? ". He asked his reception the same question and she replied yes, his reaction to that was "He must take his car and go then. After I paid my bill of R5199-00, I tried to start my car and guess what it didn't want to start. Erns disappeared, so when I opened the bonnet the turbo suction pipe was off. I asked, what is this and was told they found it like that and I said no you didn't. After a lot of effort my car started, it had no power and drove for about 3km and came to a dead stand still. I phoned Erns several times and he just ignored my phone calls. At the end we needed to tow my car back t
