Kindly forward to the relevant person: On 1 August I sent a letter to Kia about the appalling service I had at the hands of one of its so-called approved panel beaters. Despite the serious nature of the claim and the amount of damage done to my car, and the inconvenience I suffered by someone claiming to represent Kia's brand in the after-market segment, I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement. I sent a follow up mail yesterday, which was also ignored. This is no way to protect your brand and customers and is a let down that makes me wonder whether my next choice should, in fact, be a Kia.
