My furniture was removed from JHB to CTN. My washing machine was damaged. I informed the company and I was told that if you didn't take the insurance then the furniture will arrive in bad condition. Imagine!!! Luckly when I was filling the form I ticked the insurance. I was told to deposit the money and I did. Now I was transfed to all sorts people when I informed the company regarding my complaint. I eneded up being helped by Kauthar and after that she vanished. I emailed her all the information she requested. I reminded her and she never answered my email. Since June I'm still waiting untill today. Im so disappointed, this company is just pathetic.
