Lack of communication

For the last 3 or 4 months, every time I have logged onto their client portal to load pics, there's been a message saying that new advertising material will be sent out.

I received mine, just before their deadline, 7 August, and I was away. I sent various messages over the months before this and have tried without success to call. Their phones just ring.

I have an ongoing message to get feedback and have this issue resolved, as I didn't receive payment this month, even though the problem is theirs not mine.

I have now logged on to open a new ticket to complain about their lack of urgency and am unable to send it.
Even direct emails are not responded to.
